Visiting the Killing Fields & Tuol Sleng Prison

Much of our visit to Phnom Penh was quite serious as we visited the Killing Fields & Tuol Sleng prison from the Khmer Rouge era. We don't really feel that it's appropriate to post pictures from these visits on the blog as we saw so many photographs & human remains of people who are still not identified and have yet to receive a proper burial. Cambodians believe that until a person's body has been prpoerly buried their spirit is not at rest so we've decided to keep our memories of these visits to ourselves & honour the victims in this way.
