The trip to Connemara tea factory is a real highlight for tea lovers like us. The whole place reeks of fresh tea! We watch how the leaves are dried, chopped, pressed, roasted & sorted. We emerge a short while later covered in tea dust, picking bits of tea from our eyes & generally smelling like we've just bathed in a huge vat of tea. Mmmm.
