Terri takes us to NW 23rd street, an area of Portland with lots of great bars, restaurants & quirky boutiques. We pick out a place called 'Bartini'. They specialise in inventive martinis, they serve fondue & it's happy hour. What's not to like? Five cocktails later we're feeling a bit sleepy & Upstairs decides to use Terri as a couch.
