The final stop on the Fraser Island tour is this freshwater lake. The water looks like sea water but is perfectly drinkable & apparently very good for softening your skin & hair. It's wonderful swimming here because it's completely calm, the water is beautifully clear & warm & there are no nasty critters to watch out for.
