We feel incredibly lucky to be able to see this seal colony made up of mother seals & their pups. Our guide tells us that the male seals are up river feeding themselves up & sleeping in preparation for the next mating season when they use the females as a kind of harem. Some of the men on the boat think this lifestyle sounds quite appealing.
