Cat Petting

In heavily populated cities like London & Tokyo there must be lots of people who would like to have a cat but can't. The difference here in Tokyo is that these people can go to places like 'Nekobukuro', a cat petting palour. You pay to spend time with the parlour's twenty or so moggies. You can stroke them & feed them treats as they lounge around their luxury pad. In the entrance is a board with photos and profiles of all the resident cats. You can choose from a selection of kitty toys & even play kitty skittles.
