We get to wear very fetching pinnies as you can see. Paul's even has an image of the virgin Mary on it. Here we are getting to grips with grinding the indredients for a tomato & jalepeno salsa with a traditional pestle & mortar. We also learn how to make our own fresh tortillas using a special press.
