We spend our first night in Mexico in Comitan. It's a beautiful colonial town but unfortunately we don't get to see too much of it as we arrive so late. We do, however, get to have our first Mexican meal in Mexico. This is no small deal to us. Paul & I are so keen on Mexican food that we order chillies mail order from some bloke in Devon who grows real Mexican varieties. Our food doesn't disappoint and lucky for us we get to eat more of the same for a whole month!
