This is our last day in Oaxaca. It's been one of our favourite places on the trip so far & we're relunctant to leave. We spend the morning taking part in a cookery course run by Pilar who has a great restaurant in the city. We're very lucky to have Pilar all to ourselves as the other participant doesnn't turn up. Pilar has created a special vegetaraian menu for us & the first thing we do is take our shopping list to the local market to pick up our ingredients.
